Our system uses high level encrypted security technology to communicate with our Payment gateway vendors.

Do you accept Credit Cards?
Yes! We currently accept Visa, Master Card, Discovery. We also take Paypal and Amazon payments. Paypal is an well-know online payment service used by millions of internet customers. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. The payment can be processed using a Credit Card as funds or using Paypal e-checks.

I do not have a credit card how else can I pay for my order?
Unfortunately we no longer take personal checks nor money orders due to a high rate of payment delays and non-payments. We do accept online e-checks via Paypal or Amazon Payments

NOTE: Your item(s) will only be held for 7 days after your checkout for payments made via online-checks. Many items are unique and therefore cannot be held for longer times. Note: No personal checks nor money orders are accepted.

I have a coupon/discount, how do I enter it on the system?
The system is configured to display a small box to allow you to enter any special discounts or coupons, however if you get at the end of the transaction and did not get to enter your discount, proceed to click on the "VIEW CART" button on the right top hand corner of your screen. The system will refresh and list all the items in your shopping cart and provide you with place to submit your discount or coupon.

I keep loosing all my information every time I refresh my screen or go to the shopping cart - what is causing this?

We store your Customer ID (just a number) in cookie format so we can remember your settings.
